I am a finance and risk professional with over 18 years of experience leading strategic planning, enterprise risk, and financial operations across financial institutions and nonprofits. My expertise lies at the intersection of risk governance, ALM, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making. In my previous role, I led enterprise-wide FP&A efforts, built stress testing frameworks, and delivered board-level insight on capital and interest rate risk. I’ve also been fortunate to contribute to the next generation of risk leaders as an Associate Faculty member at Columbia University’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
In recent years, I’ve deepened my focus on analytics – learning R and SQL to build tools that support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting automation. I’m also actively engaged in the FRM curriculum, refining my understanding of market, credit, and operational risk management frameworks.
This site is a space to document that journey – sharing projects, insights, and resources as I grow in the fields of financial risk and data analytics.
On a separate note, the “professional me” is only one facet of my makeup. I am: a lucky husband, proud father of 3 amazing little boys, an avid photographer, and someone who finds joy in learning, creating, and capturing moments – whether through a camera lens or a well-built financial model. I believe that curiosity and creativity fuel both my personal and professional life, and I bring that same energy to everything that I do. Feel free to explore, connect, or reach out.
